As far as skin conditions such as eczema and acne are concerned, getting fully hydrated can really make the world of difference. In order for the water to get inside the cells, the osmotic functioning of salt (not table salt but sea/rock salt) is necessary. Drink plenty of pure water each day and use real salt on your food/put a pinch in your drinking water. Depending on your body weight, drink at least 2+ liters of water each day and take approximately ¼ level teaspoon of salt per liter you drink. Remember that caffeine/soda drinks are diuretic, which means they only serve to make your more dehydrated.
