WATER/SALT: ‘It is usually unintentional chronic dehydration that leads to disease in the body’, ‘water is the cash-flow of the body; don’t bankrupt yourself’ said Dr. Batmanghelidj of the ‘Water Cure’ fame. As far as skin conditions such as eczema and acne are concerned, getting fully hydrated can really make the world of difference. In order for the water to get inside the cells, the osmotic functioning of salt (not table salt but sea/rock salt) is necessary. Drink plenty of pure water each day and use real salt on your food/put a pinch in your drinking water. Depending on your body weight, drink at least 2+ liters of water each day and take approximately ¼ level teaspoon of salt per liter you drink. Remember that caffeine/soda drinks are diuretic, which means they only serve to make your more dehydrated.

Hydration Fixes Fibromyalgia

There is research from 2006 that points to hydration as helping ease disease. Although it does not point directly to dehydration, it does point to water and salt as the solution.

Fighting cancer can be compared to fighting a house fire. For example, suppose you had a house fire and the fire was in three rooms and spreading quickly. Suppose you called the fire department and a single person, in a single car, arrived with a squirt gun. You would not be very happy!

How Brian beat cancer

Brian Smiley writes: “I have been asked by a member to share some info regarding my own cancer journey and how I beat my aggressive prostate cancer from 3 years ago. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer after 3 biopsies showing it was growing very quickly over a period of a year.

First biopsy showed 2 out of 19 core samples were cancerous. Second biopsy 3 months later it had grown to 12/19 samples were cancerous. Third biopsy showed it had grown to 19/19 samples and had started to metastasize. My PSA was now at 12, which was fairly high.

Mollasses/ACV winter warmer drink.

Mixing blackstrap mollasses syrup, apple cider vinegar (ACV), salt and hot water is a great way to get a huge boost of minerals and keep hydrated at the same time. Mollasses is packed full of goodies such as Niacin, B6, calcium, iron, potassium, manganese and selenium whilst ACV has powerful antibacterial/antiseptic properties and acetic acid (which is believed to increase the body’s ability to absorb the pytochemicals in fruit and vegetables). Real salt (as opposed to table salt) contains most of the elements in the periodic table and allows the water we drink to permeate the cells (due to the osmotic functioning of salt).

For a 500ml glass of water I like to put about 1 tablespoon of mollasses, 1.5 tablespoons of ACV and around a 1/4 level teaspoon of salt. It’s a fantastic way to start the day and can be used as a meal replacement in it’s own right…cheap and best 🙂
