You will need to obtain an electrical adapter of sorts, 12v is fine. Simply cut off the adapter head, strip back the wires a bit and attach the clips.

Alternatively (or as well) you can simply purchase the 8000ppm laboratory made colloidal silver concentrate and add drops to water (or aloe gel / melt and pour soap base), it works out only a few Β£/$ per litre once diluted.
