{"id":596,"date":"2015-10-27T10:14:24","date_gmt":"2015-10-27T10:14:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/simpletruths.me.uk\/?p=596"},"modified":"2016-02-26T14:03:14","modified_gmt":"2016-02-26T14:03:14","slug":"596","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/simpletruths.me.uk\/?p=596","title":{"rendered":"How to make a super food salad for health &#038; healing."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It\u2019s quick, easy and relatively cheap to make a salad that contains all you need for optimum nutrition.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients: Broccoli, red onion, lettuce (or other green leaf), carrot, lemon, sprouts, hempseed oil, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, spirulina powder, mozzarella cheese, sea\/rock salt, black pepper, mixed herbs (preferably fresh, if not dried \u2013 herbs de provence etc).<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Method: Finely chop the veg, chop the mozzarella into chunks and add with the sprouts to a large bowl. Drizzle in the two oils and add the salt\/lemon etc.. Mix it all up, taking periodical tastes with a spoon. Add certain ingredients according to taste.<\/p>\n<p>Be creative! Use other ingredients such as soaked nuts (soaking over night in water makes them more nutritious), sunflower seeds, natural yoghurt &amp; tahini.<\/p>\n<p>Go large! Make a big salad and store excess in Tupperware in the fridge for another time.<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t be a salad dodger!
