Here\u2019s how..<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 2 ripe bananas (make sure there are some black spots on the yellow skin as this indicates that they are ready to eat).<br \/>\n\u2022 A handful of soaked almond nuts (soak in water overnight).<br \/>\n\u2022 4 tablespoons of hempseed oil (or coconut oil).<br \/>\n\u2022 A level teaspoon of spirulina.<br \/>\n\u2022 Cold water (to desired consistency).<\/p>\n<p>Simply blend and pour into one large glass or two smaller glasses.
