Headache/migraine

Headaches can often be caused by dehydration.

In my experience the main cause of headaches is UCD (unintentional chronic dehydration) for reasons laid out in my book Water Therapy and this video. Headaches can also be caused by prescription drugs and toxic foods/drinks such as fast food, coffee and alcohol.
