Colloidal silver is nontoxic even at high dose, so unlike with pharmaceutical medicines (which can easily kill at high dose), you don’t need to be concerned about overdosing. A general adult dosage guideline is to take an ounce or two of 5ppm-20ppm colloidal silver each day as maintenance or more if tackling an illness. I’m happy to drink a litre or two per day if I feel an illness coming on.
I think that the key to getting the most from your colloidal silver is to take it in the correct way. Sure, simply swallowing it will be of benefit but saturating the lymph nodes (located under the tongue, in the ears and nostril amongst other places) is much more effective (and economical, especially if you are paying the exorbitant shop prices).
- Nasal misting, sublingual drops/spray and holding under the tongue for 5-10+ seconds is a great way to ingest colloidal silver. Our generator kits come with various spray/nasal/dropper bottles and we can include them with an order for the CS concentrate if asked for. I like to make a fairly strong solution for nasal misting and sublingual spraying, say 20ppm (a nice rich gold colour if using the CS concentrate and adding drops to water).
- Another very effective way of taking colloidal silver (especially for lung conditions) is nebulizing. Simply put some colloidal silver into the chamber and breathe it in. Hand held nebulizers are cheap on Ebay and other such stores.
- I also take a sip of Aloe Vera juice + colloidal silver each morning. The aloe ‘encapsulates’ the silver particles, allowing them to pass through the gastric juices. The alkalizing/soothing nature of aloe makes it a great elixir in its own right.
- We’ve also had inspiring testimonials from people who’ve used colloidal silver as an enema, using a catheter (for gonhorrea) and as a vaginal douche.
- You can also put drops of colloidal silver in the eye, obviously for eye problems and also a good way to get the CS into the brain. 5-15ppm should be fine for this purpose.
