Copper stimulates collagen and elastin, reduces wrinkles, discoloration and age-related skin conditions. Copper peptides also help activate the skin’s metalloproteinases that remove damage proteins (sun as sun-damaged collagen and elastin) and scars.
Drinking colloidal copper is not recommended however it makes a wonderful addition to skin care preparations. Drinking from a copper cup and/or storing your water in a copper vessel is recommended for general health and is widely practiced in India.
